Therapeutic Foot Reflexology (70 minutes): While you sit in a comfortable reclined position I will use a unique thumb and finger technique to apply relaxing pressure to points on your feet. The goal of therapeutic reflexology is for your body to normalize and function optimally by removing blockages, increase circulation and relax tension. Please come with clean feet.

Relaxation Foot Reflexology with Hand and Foot Reflexology Meridians (90 minutes): Your session begins with a relaxing foot soak and scrub with salts and oils as you unwind and prepare for your treatment. I will then do meridian flow reflexology on your hands, followed by a full Foot Reflexology Treatment and ending with meridian flow reflexology on your feet.

Relaxation Foot Reflexology with Modified Indian Head Massage (90 minutes): While you soak your feet in a warm foot bath, you will receive relaxing massage techniques on your head, face and ears which incorporates working reflex points in these areas. Followed by a full Foot Reflexology Treatment.
Children: Price will vary with each child depending on age, size of foot and tolerance level.

Full Indian Head Massage (35-45 minutes): In a sitting position you will receive a massage on your upper back, neck, head, face and ears. Indian Head Massage offers deep relaxation, increased circulation, as well as the many benefits of reflexology from points in the head, face and ears.

*Your first appointment involves filling out a health questionnaire and a tour of the reflexology room. Therefore your first appointment may be 15 minutes longer than stated above. This also allows time for you to ask questions and get comfortable.

Alter your body's healing response through relaxation and awareness
I first began practicing reflexology on family and friends after taking the introductory Excellence in Reflexology in 2003 and will soon complete my Level 2 certification to extend my practice. I often say, "God bless the broken road that lead me straight to..." this.
As a Registered Dental Assistant since 1992 and still practicing part time in a wonderful dental office, Evolution Dental, I know the comfort of working closely with people. I have come to appreciate the importance of caring for one's entire body, mind and soul to achieve and maintain optimal health as well as how the body systems work together.
As a mother I have had the joy of caring for all of my children; one of which was a special needs child who was with us for 81/2 years. Taking care of her involved trying many holistic as well as conventional therapies and treatments...including reflexology. I was so impressed by its theories and results, I decided to complete my certification so that I could offer this treatment to others as well as my own family. I have recently completed training in Indian Head Massage and look forward to many more years to come of learning for you, with you and from you.
